Sixteen days of activism against Gender Violence is an annual international campaign which takes place from the 25th November to the 10th of December. Last year women’s organizations from the North and Eastern parts of Sri Lanka contributed to the 16 days of activism against Gender Violence by initially highlighting reported incidents of sexual violence keeping in mind that there are many cases left unaddressed.
