It is expected that MPs take the time to study the document and understand the issues highlighted in it closely, and use it to engage with and advocate for LGBTI Sri Lankans in future.<\/p>\n<p>The Guide is organised according to the following areas of concern. Under each is a description of the issue, its current situation in Sri Lanka, relevant domestic and international developments and recommendations for MPs.<\/p>\n<p>A. Criminalisation of same-sex sexual conduct<br \/>\nB. Policing of different gender identities<br \/>\nC. Lack of non-discrimination protections<br \/>\nD. Gender recognition<br \/>\nE. Accessing healthcare<br \/>\nF.
