Women and Media Collective cordially invites you to commemorate Women’s History month 2023 by joining our discussion on “Challenges in the midst of the current socio-economic & political context of Sri Lanka and potential solutions” on Tuesday the 21st of March, 2023.

Our guest speaker will be Dr. Roshini Jayaweera, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economics, University of Kelaniya.

The discussion will cover a multitude of women’s realities, including discussants from women in labour, urban women, migrant workers, sex workers, university students, domestic workers, care givers, women with disabilities and LGBT+ community members to name a few.
