INTERN

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing intern to co-ordinate a creative project on food practices which will entail helping to co-ordinate the setting up of an exhibition in Negombo (August) and Batticaloa (October).  S/he will work with a team of designers and activists finalizing the final phase of the project. 

• Experience in the creative arts or relevant work in a CSO and/or
• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in a relevant area including the arts, social sciences, humanities, law, and management.  Undergraduates will be considered.
• Strong co-ordination skills essential.  
• Proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil is essential.
• Working knowledge of English is also a requirement. 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other relevant computer and communications skills is expected
• Willingness to travel out of Colombo essential 

All travel, accommodation and food expenses, as relevant, for visits to Negombo and Batticaloa will be provided.
