• Research on the experiences of tsunami affected women was conducted in 2006. Interviews were conducted with women in Ampara, Batticaloa, Galle, Hambantota, Matara and Trincomalee. The report will be published in September 2007.

2007 සැප්තැම්බර් 21 දින ජාතන්තර සාම දිනය සැමරීම සඳහා ස්ත්රීන් විසින් නිර්මාණය කරන ලද වීදි බැනර් ප්රදර්ශනයක් පවත්වන ලදී. ශ්රී ලංකාවේ විවිධ ප්රදේශවල ස්ත්රී සංවිධාන මගින් සකස් කළ මෙ බැනර්වල තේමාව වූයේ සාමයයි. මෙය සංවිධානය කරන ලද්දේ කාන්තාව හා මාධ්ය සාමූහිකය විසිනි.
